     It has taken getting over a few obstacles in the road in order to get this website done. I always say “live life to the fullest and do everything to the fullest“ and by way of a new webmaster,TinaThompsonFitness.com has now been launched.What you will find is a ‘go to’ type of site with lots of amazing information for the avid fitness Diva types all the way to the extreme competitor. Oh, and my site is for today's metrosexual and Divans (male Diva's, in case you didn't know they existed).What we did with this site is try to make it fulfill all the needs of the everyday fitness enthusiast. I have stock piled great columns, training spreads, never seen before picture galleries and an online store. My DVD's can be requested there as well. I have a lot of children out there and I know you guys have been waiting for me to unleash this for some time. SO let the DRAMA begin!. It was my personal goal to make sure that I covered all the bases when building this site, and I sincerely hope that you enjoy what you see once you enter. This website was created for you the fans, I could not have lasted this long without all the love I have received from you guys over the last 15 years in this field. That's right honey I am legendary! I know the children sometimes forget. Oh and I didn't forget to thank the people who didn't support me.
